National Bread Week

Hidden posted a couple of days ago that it's National Bread Week so here's my contribution. I've made Spelt Sourdough bread which is more tolerable for those with IBS.

I've been making this for a while now and find it easy to make.

Oops, a few bits were unevenly cut at the end so I had to try it. ;)
