This article, which looks at a vegan diet in a wider context makes valid points but also, IMHO, sometimes draws incorrect conclusions.

E.g. I do not accept that in India relying on animals to draw ploughs is the only solution.

Very interesting article and agree it does hold some valid points but a Vegan diet can provide all of the nutrients needed, apart from B12 of course.

I'm more than happy with my diet which is varied.
