We had tofish pie tonight. I really like it. It’s comforting and filling.
I fried onions and mushrooms. Added them to a white sauce I had made with Dijon mustard and capers. I then diced some smoked tofu, added that, some grated lemon rind and fresh parsley. Topped with mashed potatoes and a little jalapeño cheese and put in the oven to brown.
I took this photo before it went in the oven and forgot to take a photo after I got it out. Anyway it tasted delicious. I would recommend this 😋
