Breakfast Banana Bars

Hi all

I had some gluten free oats in the cupboard I wasn't eating as I'm rarely eating breakfast now and I also had bananas that I wasn't eating. I decided 'waste not want not' as my mother would say and made the above bars.

The ingredients are bananas gluten free oats, cinnamon and water. The recipe is: https:healthylivingjames.co.uk/breakfast-banana-bars/

They actually don't taste bad but when I make them again I feel the addition of maybe nuts, sultanas, raisins or dates or a mix would be good. They are incredibly easy to make.

Enjoy!

These would be great for me to take to work whilst on the go. We’ve just bought some bananas as well. We are good at buying them and not so good at eating them 🤷🏻‍♀️ 😁🌱

Excellent. The one thing I would say is you could up the amount of cinnamon, the recipe would happily take more and to add some dried fruit, possibly dates and nuts.😁😋
