So am I. Very interesting. Thanks for sharing the post.

It was very interesting and when I was a Pescatarian I often wondered about the hormones etc in the milk I was consuming. So glad I saw a post over a year ago when someone posted that they became a Vegan for IBS and were feeling so much better, that was the reason I became a Vegan at the time and I've never looked back.😀

Yes very good you did. The more we look into it and hear about milk it’s no wonder there are so many problems. I used to be a pescatarian too. That word makes me laugh. 😂

in reply toAgoodenough

Definitely. Yes agree there's more and more reports/news articles on dairy that I definitely wouldn't entertain it now.

Yes, I do wonder who created such a word.🤣

It sounds like we used to be pescatarians and now we’re pesky vegans 😂

Ha Ha, I get the picture. Go to a restaurant/cafe and say you want the Vegan options. The staff leave your table and say to their colleagues 'another one of those. 🤣🤣

"She told LIVEKINDLY last year, “the body’s cellular response to consuming animal protein and animal fat is everything that feeds and fuels illness while choking health to death.”

Nonsense. If this was true, humans would have died out a looooooooong time ago.

"It refers to one study — known as The Life After Cancer Epidemiology study — which found that among women previously diagnosed with breast cancer, those consuming one or more servings of high-fat dairy products every day had a 49 percent higher breast cancer mortality, compared with those who were consuming less than one-half serving every day."

This is known as 'cherry picking' to make something you want to be true, true. I'm not a fan of animal milk or cheese, but to say it's high-fat dairy that's causing cancer is ridiculous when there are other factors/foods to consider. Soy is supposed to be a wonderful healthy food, yet it contains phytoestrogen which acts like estrogen but, shock-horror, there's no mention of it.

It's like everything too much of some foods isn't good. I'm just very pleased I'm Vegan as I don't want to be consuming what animsls eat/medication that is given to them and I don't want them to suffer so I can consume their milk/eat their meat.
