Vegan pepper Jack cheese

Hi, here is the cheese I said I was going to make and a link to the recipe I used which was on Pinterest.

The cheese has a lovely flavour as I put the peppers and also chilli in it but personally I do not like the consistency. Also if I’m honest it puts me off that it has agar agar in it which is what sets it but that’s just me being a bit daft! 😂

Phil likes it so not a complete waste but for me the search of a decent homemade vegan cheese continues......

Thank you Ali for posting. Isn't it funny we mske something that looks lovely but we're not keen on it, just like the gluten free bread I made but I didn't like it no matter what flavours I use.
