Good evening (I'm new here)

Hello all,

I'm new to this forum but not new to veganism, having made the switch back in Jan 2017. I became much more interested and confident in cooking following becoming vegan, and have recently become unemployed, so now have much more time & energy for cooking from scratch. I tend to enjoy quite traditional British and Italian cooking, and have created my own vegan versions of favourites like lasagne and Bolognese. This evening I'm attempting a sausage casserole using Richmond's vegan sausages. Have never made a casserole before so wish me luck!

Hey SquishyBean welcome to Vegan Food for life. It’s great that you love cooking Vegan from scratch so you’ll feel at home here. We love to swap ideas, learn from and inspire each other so good luck with your sausage casserole. It would be great to hear how it works out 😁🌱
