Thank you for this. It doesn’t surprise me about strawberries but organic ones are so expensive for that reason I rarely eat soft fruit any more which makes me wonder if you’re better to have non organic or if you’re not going to buy organic if you’re best not to have it at all. 🤔

It didn't surprise me about strawberries. I rarely eat fruit, apart from bananas, because of the fructose they contain.

Because I have IBS I'm pretty sure that my system doesn't like fructose so I steer clear. If I was to have strawberries, which I love, I'd wait for them to be in season and go to my local organic pick your own farm.

I tend to eat vegetables, which I love, I'm much better with those.
