Hi All
I've printed off a new list of fruit and vegetables that you don't necessarily need to buy organic. The list also includes the fruit and vegetables they recommend you do buy organic.

Thanks Alicia this is really helpful. I looked into it a while back and then started buying non organic avocados, butternut squash, pineapple and aubergine so that’s made a difference to my shopping bill.
I have to say I was surprised to see mushrooms and broccoli on the list.
I hope you’re enjoying the weekend and not too hot!
Ali 😁🌱
Hi Ali
I was very pleased to see the amount you can buy non organic and was surprised like you with the mushrooms and broccoli.
I bet it has made a difference. I bought a honeydew melon this week as I see by looking g at the Low Fodmap food list for IBS sufferers that it's not a High Fodmap food, surprisingly water melon is High Fodmap.
Hope you've had a lovely day and Bank Holiday.
Alicia 😀
Oh really. This info keeps us on our toes, it’s good to know. I have had a lovely weekend although unlike you I haven’t walked much or done very much at all as it’s been so hot and now feel a big sluggish. Off to work now so there will be no room for me being sluggish then. Will have to have a coffee to kick start me 😂 I hope you enjoyed the weekend too 🌞
Hope your day at work went well once you had your coffee😉
I didn't do much walking today as I was with our grandchildren. We went to a National Trust property, Landhydrock House. Think my knee needed a rest as it's playing up a bit, I've printed some physio exercises so will be doing those most days for a while.
