Hi has anybody tried Aldi's 'foodie market' peanut butter. Looked at the ingredients and all it says is 100% peanuts. No palm oil. It tastes great. Hopefully healthy??
PEANUT BUTTER: Hi has anybody tried... - Vegan Foods for Life
PEANUT BUTTER
I've not tried it, but as its just peanuts I think it should be healthy. The only thing is that like all nuts and nut butters it is quite high in calories so you probably don't want to have too much of it.

As with many (all?) nut butters, I’ve a sneaking suspicion 🤨 they have to add a ‘bit of oil’ 💧 to make them easily spreadable? 🤔 (Merely a ‘guess’/ opinion. 🤷♀️ )
Anyhoo, they’re so delicious 😋 , have to be careful to avoid overindulging . . .
