Great post more for meat eaters maybe, I personally can't hear /see anything like as, it is more than enough to no its going on. I have seen such things before and it really haunts me

Hi Debs it’s saying about the benefits of a plant based diet on your body and health. He is saying to make healthy hearty soups etc and you can cook quick nutritional meals in no time, cows don’t drink milk so where do they get their calcium,....green vegetables, broccoli etc. It’s got no cruelty just useful nutritional information. 🙂🌱
