I went to a country pub today for lunch and they had these arancini balls on the menu and I had to try them.
I saw them everywhere when I was in Italy earlier on in the year but they didn’t have vegan ones so now was my chance. Very filling! They are basically stuffed rice balls and then deep fried. These ones today had a small square of vegan mozzarella in them.
