I was reading this article from the guardian newspaper today and thought I’d share it. It’s just such great news that veganism has become mainstream. We know the benefits of being vegan and these figures speak for themselves. Positive word of mouth has spread that people feel better in various aspects of their life or veganism could not have taken off the way it has.

My brother-in-law today told me he had recently shifted his diet from a heavy meat eater towards plant foods. I told him to take the change slowly: I don't want his gut to bite back with some reaction.
