Hi everyone,
Here's my version of using tender stem broccoli in stead of onions for pakoras/bhajis.
I really enjoyed it and do like veg in batter and one trick I use sometimes is to wash and freeze the veg, then later mix up a batter and put the frozen veg in it and leave it in the fridge and then cook 1/2 hour later and the batter has frozen to the veg so you get a great coating of batter...π
This is gluten free and vegan, its Vegan week on GBBO this week too. πΊπ©βπ³
I had it with baked potato with hot chilli baby carrots and Chinese cabbage (pak choi)
