After reading comments on here about dairy free cheese I thought I'd make some savoury biscuits with ground almonds golden linseed sesame seeds chickpea flour total 250g + 1/2 tea spoon xanthan gum coconut oil 150g with diced hot green and red chilli coriander cumin ginger turmeric black pepper and a little sea salt.
I whizzed it up in my food processor into a stiff dough and spread in 2 150cm round baking dishes, topped with coriander leaves pumpkin seeds golden linseeds and sesame seeds and baked for about 45 mins as I like them a bit crunchy around the outside.
I think its because of the ingredients but they have a very cheesy taste as obviously I had to sample them...π
