Apple and plum crumble

[Agoodenough]

Yesterday I made my dad (not a vegan sympathiser) a plum and apple crumble and he cheekily said does it come with cream and ice cream. It sure does I said. He ate it and loved it and I told him he had just had his first vegan pudding and didn’t even know it. I served it with soya cream and home made banana ice cream with cinnamon. It was delicious. Especially the crumble as a neighbour gave me the apples and a friend the plums.

(We have kind new neighbours, I got home on Friday evening to find a yellow courgette on my doorstep) 🙂 I’m not even sure who left it there.
