Hi everyone,
This is one of my favourite meals and I have had a lot on so bout a small pack of some stir fry veg and they were perfect with a white onion and baked potato so a nice cooked tea but minimum fuss or preparation and I like that. I just add peanut butter and spices with tamari and thats it.
So simple yet so tasty. I could do with that right now.

Vegan gluten free Lentil and grated potato fritters.
