Soda bread made with:-

2 cups organic spelt flour

1 cup homemade almond milk with a dash of Apple cider vinegar (leave to stand for 10 mins)

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

Mix it all together. Put into a tin or on a baking sheet with a large cross cut into the top. I put it in a loaf tin as it’s easier to cut.

Bake at 220 for 25 mins

This time I added sunflower seeds to the mix and pumpkin seeds on top.

Good luck. It’s very easy and quick. We found not over mixing the dough is best. 🙂
