Glad you posted this, have cut it out of The Telegraph to give to my friend in the hope he will give it a try to hopefully get rid of his diabetes. Have been on WFPB for two and a half years and have plenty of energy and never hungry.
Exactly, never hungry. It is quite magical.
I wonder why they say, "vegetarian" when they mean "vegan"?
Often the headline is written by someone other than the author of the article (like and editor or sub-editor) and perhaps this person didn't know the difference.
That makes perfect sense. Thank you.
