DLA v PIP

Hi Im just wondering what peoples views are on the changes to benifit from DLA to the forthcoming PIP. I believe the north west will be piloting the new application criteria.

My husband has very recently been diagnosed WG and we met today with a guy who works for a charity helping people with benifit claims. After looking at and discussing both applications we completed the new PIP application and scoring and this seemed more favourable than the DLA application, this was I might add just an exercise as we are still deciding which process to go through.
