How come the Hospital Survey for (e.g.) Addenbrookes shows there are three reviews but they don't appear in the summary?

Not everyone leaves a comment when they complete the hospital survey, maybe this is why? I will ask Katie.

Possibly but even when I or anyone else has it's still failing to show up the survey results. Thanks John/Susan

This is a case of user selecting the option of not to display results and this effectively hides the results.

You're right to pick it up though and we've decided to disable this option now as it was linked to an intended task in the hospitals survey that we've found no need for after all. It's better not to have this option.

It will take a couple of hours for Alex to do this.

In future, it would be really helpful if you would send any questions about how the site works, possible errors, etc. directly to HealthUnlocked via the red Feedback button in the top corner (ideally choosing the right option Problem, Compliment, etc in the pull down menu).

This will come straight into the HealthUnlocked team and get a faster response as we do not watch the platforms all the time.
