Good, clear information about Anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies (ANCA) have become important diagnostic markers of small vessel vasculitides and my interest - proteinase 3 (PR3) as an indicate for Granulomatosis with polyangiitis (Wegener's).
I was diagonosed in 1987. It is amazing to see the advancement of knowledge in that time. My future looks brighter because of these people. Thank you.
