It was an article discussing the health care in hospitals in the Berkshire area... but to be honest he could have been discussing health care in many of the hospitals in the UK..I will try and find the link..

We already have one of these super hospitals. it's ok for major surgery and trauma, but if you just want a blood test or have an accident in town then the old DRI now london Rd Community is easier to reach. It's a bit like having out of town shopping v local shops good if you have a car, not if you rely on public transport.
