Can I ask does anyone else with WG suffer from intense pains in their fingers and then suddenly develop painful lumpy bruises that appear without warning ?

I get bruises like that too and I also get them in my tongue and feet. I don't have WG I have unclassified Vasculitis, connective tissue disease and Raynauds.

I would think that these are areas of localised necrosis caused by the WG. As the damaged blood vessels break down they release blood into the surrounding tissue, causing the bruising. This suggests your WG is not fully controlled. You should raise this with your consultant, soon.
