Anyone diagnosed with GPA and PMR?

Hi I know lots of people have GCA and PMR but has anyone been diagnosed with GPA (Wegeners) and PMR?

I am sure I am in remission from GPA and strongly suspect that the joint and muscle pains are PMR as they are very different from the pains that I h\ad when GPA was active and flaring in my airways.

My GPA was very active from 2012 to 2018, and these new pains and disability started in 2021 post covid/vaccines which may or may not be related as a cause/trigger.

I am going to see my GPA consultant in a few weeks and am interested to hear from anyone who has confirmation of GPA and PMR to learn more. Thanks
