Hi, There is some very useful information on the Vasculitis UK website that tells you all about the drugs used in the treatment of Vasculitis. This link addresses link addresses GPA (an ANCA associated vasculitis that seems to fit your symptoms).

The Belimumab is a somewhat new drug for the treatment of Vasculitis hence the reason clinical trial. It is similar to Rituximab which suppresses your immune system in order to stop the production of the ANCA antibody.
