Aloe vera and vasculitis

Is Aloe vera helpful for skin conditions affected by Vasculitis?

I am on daily dosage of Mycophenolate which has given me acne for first time in my life and very dry skin around forehead. Aloe Vera or Nivea.... both help me with this and I use daily.

Yes, if you have hives (urticarial vasculitis). I used to use it extensively. Try to get organic 99% aloe vera gel. If your hives burns a lot, you might try organic chickweed cream (I think mothers use it for babies) which cools the area well. If possible, try to stay away from regular creams that have bad chemicals. I am currently in remission from skin hives but suffered for over 12 long years on a daily basis. I know what you may be going through.
