Hi tamidi,

The lack of answers may be because you haven't given much information and it's difficult to know to respond.

Generally it's a mixture of symptoms and blood results that point to a relapse, a rise in ANCA alone doesn't mean a patient has relapsed.

Also, it's possible to relapse with a negative ANCA.

PR3 disease relapses more than MPO.

My doughter have MPA.She is diagnosed 6 years ago.She id in remmision.But we get result of Anca and for the first time after 5 years it is positive.

She is clinical ok.

Does she still see a Consultant and have you talked to them about it?

No we are from Serbia.

I just ask if somebody had the same ecperiance.
