Hello,

I was diagnosed with P.A.N. in November 2016. One of the first symptoms I had were very painful raised nodules that appeared at different times. After a few days or weeks they flattened and turned into a more bruised color. Initially I thought I had Erythema Nodosum. I saw the Dermatologist's Physician Assistant who recommended a wedge biopsy(deeper dermis which involves surgery) versus punch biopsy (superficial) which confirmed my diagnosis of PAN. After that I began to get drop foot because of the Peripheral Nerve involvement. I'm still currently receiving Cytoxan infusion treatments (7). Have you found out anything else? Are the patches painful?

The patches have gone now which is very strange. They didn't hurt either.
