My boyfriend Robert lost part of his palate due to vasculatis. Does anyone have or know anything about this? any info is appreciated. Thank you all!!

This can happen with some types of vasculitis. E.g.: Granulomatosis Polyangiitis where is your notfriend receiving his treatment and care?
Hello Suzy, Robert is starting his first of 4 Rituximab in November..just waiting for the insurance to ok it. I hear thru here a lot of wonders about this med. I hope it really works for him. The only concern the Dr. have is that Robert is ANCA negative..the Dr. mention that there is not enough evidence that Rituximab works on this type of cases ...thoughts??
