North/East Yorkshire Vasculitis Support Group

Hi everyone,

We're holding the next North/East Yorkshire Vasculitis Support Group meeting on Sunday the 9th of August 2015 between 2:00pm and 5:00pm.

The meeting will again take place at Wydale Hall retreat and conference centre, just 10 miles to the west of Scarborough

The meeting will include afternoon tea and of course plenty of time to chat to other people with vasculitis. There is a small charge of £8.50 per person to cover the catering costs.

There'll also be a talk by a Cognitive Behaviour Therapist on how to use Mindfulness techniques to help manage the stress and anxiety of living with a long term condition like vasculitis.

I've only just found this site. I've had Churg Strauss Syndrome for 27 years and would love to have contact with a support group. I will look further from now on. Sorry to miss the Wydale Hall meeting. Hope you all have a profitable session.
