This poll is a direct follow on from the last poll. This poll has a multi choice option for replies. If you think you have suffered "significant" permanent damage due to late diagnosis of your particular type of Vasculitis, please reply to any of the options given or reply "other" if your own particular significant health problem is not mentioned. If you reply to "other" can you please leave a comment what "other" is please. Also please leave any comments you feel are appropriate. Thank you
