Peripheral vasculitis? does anyone know about it or have it themselves?

Hi - yes I have a vasculitic peripheral neuropathy that I'm struggling with atm - I have no energy and need to keep sleeping which is frustrating. Had it now for 6 years and on pregab, tramadol and mycophenelate - I get regular steroid injections too. Any tips on how to keep going as tiredness taking over - thankyou

My partner was diagnosed with CSS in July of last year he has mono-neuritis multiplex effecting his left foot and calf which has caused him to have foot drop. He also takes pregabalin and says the worst thing about his condition is the lethargy.
