July is Another Busy Month

14 July is Bastille Day in France and is celebrated with parties and firework here in England we will be letting of some rockets of our own.

In Leeds Team Olympus with Emma Hayden and Dave Ponton as well as Natalie Bishop, Kirsty Robinson, Steve Cartwright, Adrian Brown, Rick Camm, Sean McEvoy, Mark McCarthy and Steve Gilfoyle.

While down south in London 18 runners will be undertaking the London 10 K on behalf of Vasculitis UK.

21 July sees The Castle Howard Triathlon being undertaken by Martin.

We also have three Support Group meetings 8 July in Newcastle, Co.Down 21 July in London and 22 July in Liverpool. Detail of meetings can be found on the Vasculitis UK event page as well as being covered in the newsletter.
