International Travel Advice needed!

hello everyone. Hope all is well.

I’ll be going to Korea in two weeks and would love to get some advice/tips on safe travels. It’s currently but going to be 17 hours difference. I’m mainly worried about taking my meds (time diff wise, missing doses etc) and water intake! I’ll be there for two weeks.

Anyone travel often? What do you recommend?? What should I take? What should I check on etc?

Thank you!!!
