Sleeping

I am having issues with sleep. After I take my morning meds I feel better with a nap. Not sure if this stay at home is affecting me but I feel like I just want to sleep! I sleep a couple of hours at night, use the restroom usually 2/3 times a night. Trying to drink more water during the day so I can sleep better ... any thoughts?

I am the same , pretty much messed up my body clock. I'm awake at night and sleepy in the morning. It's good to get some rest though.

Don’t worry. I am the same and yes this self isolation. Twelve weeks in our case does not help. I am fairly fit and axcercise daily either in garden or garage. This helps a lot.

It all depends on how far along after your transplant you are. Sometimes urinating at night, technically called 'nocturia,' can be the result of the kidney not functioning efficiently enough to complete its work of clearing the excess fluid during the waking hours, and so having to do so during the night as well to avoid edema developing.
