I have been diagnosed with ETD. I also have dreadful pulsatile tinnitus. I know tinnitus is common in ETD but...why? What exactly is going on? To my simple mind if the tinnitus was directly related to the tube problems then wouldn't the tinnitus get louder and softer along with a sticky tube opening and closing in an erratic manner? What am I missing....
