Magnesium success

Hi,

For any sufferers who haven't tried it, I recommend it. In summer I had god awful tinnitus and hyperacusis come on, hard, for a couple of weeks. Came across magnesium, took nutrition geeks magnesium glycinate 3-in-1, and it was gone after two doses. Not going to work for everyone. Stress is a big modulator but magnesium plays such an important role.. it seemed to be the answer for me. Haven't had an issue since, though I do struggle mildly with noise sensitivity. In my distress I went for a full ear and hearing checkup and got surprisingly good results - I was sure I had noise induced hearing loss from my gigging career. Turns out all 'normal'. It's just my brain likes things a certain way, and that's probably more AuDHD than anything.

Good luck out there. 🙏
