Merry Christmas

I just want to say to fellow sufferers that it might seem that T will rule your life but with the right support from family, friends and a great NHS doctor you can live a normal life.

While I don’t say it’s easy, it took me some time, it can be achieved and 18 months down the line I have habituated most of the time.

If you are new or long suffering, get the support from this blog, Tinnitus UK and search for a local meeting of T supporters.

Happy Christmas and a wonderful New Year
