hi I started with Tinitus 2010 and I learned to live with it until now I have a new sound coming from my right ear I do have TMJ disorder and know tinnitus you get but this is quite loud for me not sure how I can push this to back of my mind. I also have sensitive to loud noises it begins with h. Do hearing aids really help as I have moderate hearing loss. Tried them in past from boots but gave me severe headaches

I use Oticon hearing aids, they play low level sounds to help with tinnitus, and help with surround sound too. They have helped me enormously and you can get them on nhs. I hope you find something that helps.
