Have been taking it for a month now.

My T did not improve but my sleep has. It must be the melatonin. Subsequently I found out melatonin can be bought in any EU country not just Spain.

I have another month supply so will carry on and update you in a months time.

Hello.

Thank you for the update and for the information provided. I am sorry to hear that the supplement you are taking hasn’t made a difference to the tinnitus you are suffering from. It’s good to know that it has helped improve your sleep.

I look forward to hearing your update in a month’s time. It would be great if you did notice an improvement in your tinnitus by then. Fingers crossed

Best wishes.
