Headache,high bp and Tinnitus

Morning all.My bp has spiked due to losing my husband some weeks ago and Tinnitus is raging along with what feels like tension headaches constantly.

Have sought advice from my GP regarding a booked short trip to Spain as bp is so high.Does anyone here get the same symptoms.Thankyou.

Sorry to read about your loss of your husband. Bloodpressure is easily influenced by grief and emotions and so is tinnitus. A short trip to Spain will hopefully be good for both BP and tinnitus. Hope the best for you.
