1st had kidney stones in say November 22, (given tablets) then this became a presence of noise in left ear roundabout Feb 23. Also found i have benign tumours on my liver right at the same time., although diagnosis took ages to get that. Really i have noise induced hearing loss or so they say.
So went crazy with adjusting to Tin for the rest of the year. Impacted jobs and homelife massively., After a big diet change things got kinda better on the T' front. But then i found right ear seemed clogged on an almost daily basis.
Lots of back and forth to ENT's. Who said perhaps Menierres or Endolyphatic Hydrops. Finally dismissed that two week ago. Now i have Eustacian Tube disfunction in my right ear. Finally... but thankful.
typical me, the tin got really good and under control so i went back to sinking cappucinos again.
The right ear disfuction sometimes causes my sensation to go down to my bleeding back teeth. A numbness now in my back teeth, coming a going.. its been like this for ages. Ive had blood tests, cameras up my nose.
So now im back on here wondering again. Hearing aids in as we speak in order to have a night off. Dentist tomorrow. Spent a fortune.
I think it all starts in the kidneys - and im going back next week for Lythotripsy to shatter the buggers,.
Has anyone heard anything like it? Love and kind regards

It's so hard to know where these things originate. You've been through it trying to find out the cause and to get well again. Glad your T has improved. I've not had similar issues but I'm interested in your change of diet. Great you can enjoy the cappuccinos again.
I think one way to look at the situation might be to look at what you know.
You've been diagnosed with noise-induced hearing loss. That's one potential onset for tinnitus. You also describe eustachian-tube dysfunction symptoms like clogged ears - ETD is another reason that someone might experience tinnitus.
ETD is usually felt to be an issue which resolves on its own - if that isn't the case and there are other symptoms apart from clogged ears and tinnitus, then it's worth following up to see if there are sinus complications which are as yet undiagnosed.
You're using hearing aids - that is likely to help the hearing loss and hopefully should be making a difference in how perceptible your tinnitus is.
The kidney stones that you have would probably cause most people discomfort and stress - the latter being a good reason that most people's tinnitus fluctuates from time to time.
The dietary changes that you mention are a little bit outside my wheelhouse but they're probably significantly helpful for kidney issues and that should make life a bit easier.
About the only thing that I would say is that a hearing loss - even a minor one - doesn't go away on its own and that following an audiologist's guidance on using hearing aids is going to help them work at their best.
If they've advised to use hearing aids as and when needed, that's fair enough. If they've advised that that hearing aids are best used during the day without being removed, that's something I would consider carefully as research suggests they are most effective when being used consistently.
Best of luck with your upcoming Lythotripsy procedure.
