Using Smart Phone As An Amplifier

Since my last post I have basically got nowhere. My hearing it at an all time low and my tinnitus even more frustrating. I hacve a private audiology in early June.

Anyway my hearing is now so bad the best way to talk to me is to phone and for me to turn on the speaker, maximise the volume and hold it to my ear. Does anyone know of an app that makes your phone (Android 14) act as an amplifier? I did install one but uninstalled it as it seemed more about harvesting my data and then wanted a monthly subscription!
