Vitamin supplements, disorders of the temporo-mandibular joint (TMJ) and neck

I'd be interested to know if anyone has obtained relief from tinnitus from taking Vitamin supplements, or exercises to treat disorders or tension of the TMJ and neck ? Also, the timescale for either of these to take effect.

i wish I could! But if this were common we’d be shouting it from the rooftops. (As far as supplements are concerned.)
