Hi, I've had tinnitus for around 10 years but it's become more intrusive recently and now I'm dealing with almost daily headaches, mostly mild but still annoying. I don't know if it's from the tinnitus or something else, does anyone else suffer from chronic headaches?

Chronic headaches
I have in the past, I once had a headache every day for a year, I still get the odd headache now and then that goes on for days, sometimes weeks. Sometimes I go through a spell of waking up every day with a headache which goes once I’m up and about. Naproxen seems to work for me. I think it’s tension headaches, often it feels like someone is pulling my hair or that I’ve been hit on the head with a mallet. Normal headache pills do nothing.
Hi Julie, yes I have headaches everyday , if I wake up with it then I know it’s not going to go, no headache tablets work, my Tinnitus is at an all time high, and my neck is very stiff and painful but if I rub voltarol on my neck it eases the pain and my headache eases a little but it’s still there.
Maybe it’s tension headaches we have because of the Tinnitus?
Best wishes to you.
Thanks for this. I actually have a stiff neck too, although I didn't know if it was linked and my tinnitus has definitely gotten worse/louder but I'm the same no headache tablets work. I think you're right about it being tension headaches because of the tinnitus, at least we know we aren't alone, although not a lot of comfort when living with tinnitus. Best wishes to you too
