My Tinnitus disappeared from the left side of my head for a few minutes.

I was sitting down watching the T V last week when I felt dizzy and light headed, although it worried me. I noticed my Tinnitus disappeared from the left side of my head. I only had the noise in the right side of my head. After a few moments my balance came back and so did the tinnitus across my head. I’m not sure what it means or if this information is of ant help.

it could be that Mr T is amusing himself, as he does. The vertigo may have nothing to do with it.

You might want it checked out or you might just want to leave it. Life is full of little surprises

Occasionally mine cuts out for a split-second. I'm sure some tinnitus is related to blood flow. You'd think they would have got to the bottom of such causes by now though.

I used to be able to almost stop my tinnitus all together. If I manipulated my neck into a certain position it would quieten almost to the point of disappearing. As soon as I relaxed my neck again it came back. I was told this was related to blood flow and not to do it. I didn’t feel light headed though.

Migraine possibly? I get dizzy with my ringing and my Doctor said they were migraines.
