Since way back in 1973, I have had bilateral tinnitus with a frequency of 8000 Hz. What music is suitable for masking at this frequency?

Personally, I find Classical music with lots of strings the best for masking or distracting me from high-frequency tinnitus. If you're in the UK, listen to BBC Radio 3 or Classic FM.

There are many masking sounds on YouTube at all different frequencies. There are also tinnitus masking Apps you can download to your phone.
