Tinnitus gotten worse after prednison

Hello, i hope someone is familiar with this. So i had kinda ringing in my ear after covid-19 in begin november but it didn't stay. Now on 9/12/2023 i had a noise exposure ( i had earplugs) but still went home with non stop ringing till this day. I took prednison for 5 days but couldn't continue, it made my T worse en gave me hyperacusis. I gained some hearing is what my ENT said. after the prednison . Is anyone familiar with this?

even after the gain my tinnitus just got worse! now it's like travelling from one ear to another.. with position it changes.
