Ginkgo trials - something different

I don't know if anyone is following my posts on Ginkgo, but if there be...

Once a week I take 3 x 30mg the day before I would like a guaranteed (?) break from tinnitus for a few hours the afternoon of the following day. It didn't happen yesterday. Instead, it happened today. T in the morning (as usual) this Thursday and I expect it to come back in the evening. Perhaps the chilled air I was out and about in on Wednesday had something to do with the delay.

I might add that compared to some I've read of on this site, my T is definitely on the milder side. No health issues that might have caused it, or ear damage from loudness. It came to me aged 63.

I think your trial is interesting . I only took one a day for years . My friend didn’t take anything and hers is the same as it’s always been . Mine definitely improved !

Hi yes I am following as I have some Ginko and keep putting off trying it!! So please keep posting especially if it's helping you as it may well help others, I have TMJD causing T and also an inner ear problem from birth which may be contributing to T - - I am wary of supplements I have not tried before as I get migraines with aura which appear to be triggered by just about anything, I.e, this week I saw ENT about scan, then the dentist, then I had physio etc last night I had strawberry's and a scented candle so I have no idea what triggered the migraine!! Anyhoo please keep posting if you can as Ginko has got positive research and we all need some hope ☺️
